That’s why every staff member we provide undergoes extensive pre-employment checks as part of their onboarding (to ensure compliance is conducted in line with the highest standards) and comprehensive mandatory training is provided for delivering person centred care and following care plans.

We also offer in house specialist training such as Level 2 Safe Handling of Medication, Moving and Handling, Buccal, NAPPI and other bespoke training options as required by the service to adequately assist the individuals in the service.
