Our staff undergo extensive pre-employment checks as part of their onboarding and comprehensive mandatory training to ensure compliance processes are maintained alongside the highest standards in care delivery. We also offer in house specialist training such as CPI training, Buccal, Paediatric first aid and other bespoke training options, as required by the service, to support the young people adequately and safely.
